For Gluten-Free Bagels:
- 1 cup gluten-free all-purpose flour

- 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 1 egg white (whisked until frothy)
- Everything bagel seasoning (optional)
Instructions
- Prepare the Dough: Combine flour, baking powder, and salt. Mix in yogurt until dough forms.
- Shape the Bagels: Divide dough, shape into circles, and brush with egg wash.

Notes
