Instructions
- Preheat Air Fryer: Preheat the air fryer to 360°F.
- Prepare Potatoes: Slice the potatoes thinly using a mandoline or vegetable peeler. Soak the slices in ice water for 15 minutes, then drain and repeat with fresh ice water for another 15 minutes.
- Pat Dry: Drain the potatoes and pat them dry with towels.
- Season: Spritz the potato slices with cooking spray and sprinkle with salt.
- Cook: Place the potato slices in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Cook until golden brown and crisp, stirring and turning every 5-7 minutes, for a total of 15-17 minutes.
- Optional: If desired, sprinkle the chips with minced fresh parsley before serving.
