Mushrooms:

  • 8 ounces (225 g) mushrooms (cremini or chestnut)

Seasoning:

  • 2 teaspoons vegetable oil
  • 2 teaspoons low sodium soy sauce or tamari sauce
  • 1 sprig rosemary
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Cut the mushrooms: Slice mushrooms into thick, even pieces.
  2. Coat mushrooms: Toss mushrooms with oil, soy sauce, rosemary, salt, and pepper.
  3. Cook in Air Fryer: Place coated mushrooms in the Air Fryer at 350°F/180°C for 15 minutes, flipping halfway.
  4. Check and adjust: Check every 5 minutes, shake the basket, and cook to desired doneness.
  5. Serve: Sprinkle with sea salt flakes and red chili flakes if desired.

Notes

  • Serve with extra sea salt, a squeeze of lemon juice, and red chili flakes.
  • To make garlic mushrooms, add minced garlic 5 minutes before cooking ends.
