Mushrooms:
- 8 ounces (225 g) mushrooms (cremini or chestnut)
Seasoning:
- 2 teaspoons vegetable oil
- 2 teaspoons low sodium soy sauce or tamari sauce
- 1 sprig rosemary
- 1/2 teaspoon salt and pepper
Instructions
- Cut the mushrooms: Slice mushrooms into thick, even pieces.
- Coat mushrooms: Toss mushrooms with oil, soy sauce, rosemary, salt, and pepper.
- Cook in Air Fryer: Place coated mushrooms in the Air Fryer at 350°F/180°C for 15 minutes, flipping halfway.
- Check and adjust: Check every 5 minutes, shake the basket, and cook to desired doneness.
- Serve: Sprinkle with sea salt flakes and red chili flakes if desired.
Notes
- Serve with extra sea salt, a squeeze of lemon juice, and red chili flakes.
- To make garlic mushrooms, add minced garlic 5 minutes before cooking ends.
