Description

Delicious and simple Air Fryer Salmon recipe with a flavorful garlic lemon butter sauce. Perfectly cooked salmon fillets that are juicy on the inside and crispy on the outside.

Ingredients

Scale

Salmon:

  • 3 x 4oz (3 x 115g) salmon fillets
  • Salt and pepper to taste

For the Garlic Lemon Butter Sauce:

  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 3 tablespoons vegetable stock
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice

Instructions

  1. Season Salmon: Place the salmon in the air fryer basket and season with salt and freshly ground black pepper.
  2. Cook Salmon: Cook at 200°C (390°F) for 15 minutes. Check for doneness with a fork or knife. Cook longer if needed.
  3. Prepare Sauce: In a saucepan, melt butter, add garlic, cook until fragrant. Add lemon juice, vegetable stock, simmer until reduced. Pour over salmon.

Notes

  • Don’t overcrowd your Air Fryer. Make sure the pieces of salmon are not touching each other.
  • You don’t need to preheat the Air Fryer. Just pop the salmon in the Air Fryer basket, set the timer and temperature, and start.
