Delicious and simple Air Fryer Salmon recipe with a flavorful garlic lemon butter sauce. Perfectly cooked salmon fillets that are juicy on the inside and crispy on the outside.

Salmon:
- 3 x 4oz (3 x 115g) salmon fillets
- Salt and pepper to taste
For the Garlic Lemon Butter Sauce:
- 3 tablespoons butter
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 3 tablespoons vegetable stock
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
Instructions
- Season Salmon: Place the salmon in the air fryer basket and season with salt and freshly ground black pepper.
- Cook Salmon: Cook at 200°C (390°F) for 15 minutes. Check for doneness with a fork or knife. Cook longer if needed.
- Prepare Sauce: In a saucepan, melt butter, add garlic, cook until fragrant. Add lemon juice, vegetable stock, simmer until reduced. Pour over salmon.
Notes
- Don’t overcrowd your Air Fryer. Make sure the pieces of salmon are not touching each other.
- You don’t need to preheat the Air Fryer. Just pop the salmon in the Air Fryer basket, set the timer and temperature, and start.
