  • 8-12 spring roll wrappers *see notes
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch mixed with 1 tablespoon water
  • 2-3 tablespoon oil

Instructions

  1. Prepare the filling: Heat oil in a pan, sauté cabbage, bean sprouts, carrots, and mushrooms until softened.
  2. Add seasonings: Stir in green onion, cornstarch mixture, sugar, salt, and pepper. Cook until vegetables are tender-crisp.
  3. Wrap the filling: Place filling on a spring roll wrapper, roll tightly, sealing edges with cornstarch mixture.
  4. Air fry: Preheat air fryer, brush spring rolls with oil, air fry at 400°F for 12-15 minutes, flipping halfway through.

  • You can find frozen spring roll wrappers at most Asian grocery stores.
  • For best results, always preheat the air fryer before cooking.
