Scrambled eggs
- 10 large eggs
- 1/4 cup milk (regular or non-dairy)
- Salt and pepper to taste

- 12 Hawaiian rolls (gluten-free if needed)
- 6 pieces honey ham, cut into quarters
- 8 slices cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1 tablespoon maple syrup
- 2 tablespoons of everything bagel seasoning
Instructions
- Preheat the oven: Preheat the oven to 350°F and spray a square casserole dish with non-stick spray.
- Prepare the rolls: Lay the buns flat, slice them down the center lengthwise without pulling them apart, and remove the tops. Place the bottom half in the baking dish.
- Prepare the eggs: Whisk together eggs, milk, salt, and pepper. Cook scrambled eggs in a skillet. Remove from heat.
- Assemble the sliders: Layer cheese, ham, scrambled eggs, and more cheese on the buns. Place the tops of the buns over the fillings.
- Season and bake: Whisk together melted butter, maple syrup, Dijon, and everything bagel seasoning. Brush the mixture on top of the sliders. Bake for 18-20 minutes.
Notes

- To freeze, wrap individually and thaw overnight.
