Description

These Breakfast Sliders are a delicious and convenient way to enjoy a hearty morning meal. Made with fluffy scrambled eggs, savory ham, gooey cheddar cheese, and a flavorful everything bagel seasoning, all sandwiched between soft Hawaiian rolls, these sliders are perfect for breakfast or brunch gatherings.

Ingredients

Units Scale

Scrambled eggs

  • 10 large eggs
  • 1/4 cup milk (regular or non-dairy)
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Breakfast Sliders

  • 12 Hawaiian rolls (gluten-free if needed)
  • 6 pieces honey ham, cut into quarters
  • 8 slices cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup
  • 2 tablespoons of everything bagel seasoning

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven: Preheat the oven to 350°F and spray a square casserole dish with non-stick spray.
  2. Prepare the rolls: Lay the buns flat, slice them down the center lengthwise without pulling them apart, and remove the tops. Place the bottom half in the baking dish.
  3. Prepare the eggs: Whisk together eggs, milk, salt, and pepper. Cook scrambled eggs in a skillet. Remove from heat.
  4. Assemble the sliders: Layer cheese, ham, scrambled eggs, and more cheese on the buns. Place the tops of the buns over the fillings.
  5. Season and bake: Whisk together melted butter, maple syrup, Dijon, and everything bagel seasoning. Brush the mixture on top of the sliders. Bake for 18-20 minutes.
