Cajun Butter Sauce:
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1 1/2 tablespoon Cajun seasoning
- 2 tablespoon lime juice
- 1 teaspoon garlic salt
Corn on the Cob:
- 6 fresh ears corn on the cob
Instructions
- Boil the Corn: In a large pot, bring water to a boil. Add corn and boil for 5-6 minutes. Turn off heat and let corn sit for 2-3 minutes.
- Prepare Cajun Butter: In a saucepan, melt butter over medium heat. Add Cajun seasoning, garlic salt, and lime juice. Cook for 2 minutes.
- Serve: Drain corn, place in a serving dish, pour Cajun butter over the corn. Roll to coat and serve.
