- 20 small tortillas (about 5-inches wide)
- 14 oz pizza sauce
- 24 oz mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 80 slices pepperoni
- 1 tbsp cooking oil
Garlic Herb Topping
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp Italian seasoning
- 1/2 tsp garlic salt
Instructions
- Preheat the oven. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and lightly spray a large baking pan to prevent sticking.
- Assemble the roll ups. Lay out each tortilla and spread 1 tablespoon of pizza sauce evenly on it, then sprinkle 1/4 cup of shredded mozzarella cheese, and place 4 slices of pepperoni on top.
- Roll tortillas. Tightly roll up each tortilla starting from one edge to ensure the filling stays inside during baking.
- Arrange and oil. Place the rolled tortillas seam-side down in the prepared baking pan in a single layer. Brush the tops of each roll up with the cooking oil to help them brown nicely.
- Apply garlic herb topping. In a small bowl, combine garlic powder, Italian seasoning, and garlic salt. Sprinkle this mixture evenly over the tops of the roll ups for extra flavor.
