Chia Parfait Base:
- 1/4 cup chia seeds
- 1/2 cup plain 2% Greek yogurt (or vanilla Greek yogurt)
- 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk (or milk of choice)
- 1 tbsp real maple syrup (or honey, or stevia)
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- Pinch of salt
Toppings:
- 1/3 cup blueberries
- 1/3 cup strawberries
- 1/3 cup raspberries
- Optional: extra drizzle of maple syrup
Instructions
- Prepare Chia Parfait Base: In a medium bowl, mix chia seeds, yogurt, milk, maple syrup, vanilla extract, and salt.
- Assemble Parfaits: Divide the mixture into two dishes or jars.
- Chill: Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight.
- Serve: Before serving, stir well, top with berries, and drizzle with maple syrup.
Notes
- Using Fairlife milk adds 3g of protein per serving.
- Adjust sweetness with more or less maple syrup or flavored yogurt.
- Chia pudding softens over time; best served within a day or two.
