  • 1/2 cup plain 2% Greek yogurt (or vanilla Greek yogurt)
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk (or milk of choice)
  • 1 tbsp real maple syrup (or honey, or stevia)
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt

Toppings:

  • 1/3 cup blueberries
  • 1/3 cup strawberries
  • 1/3 cup raspberries
  • Optional: extra drizzle of maple syrup

Instructions

  1. Prepare Chia Parfait Base: In a medium bowl, mix chia seeds, yogurt, milk, maple syrup, vanilla extract, and salt.
  2. Assemble Parfaits: Divide the mixture into two dishes or jars.
  3. Chill: Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight.
  4. Serve: Before serving, stir well, top with berries, and drizzle with maple syrup.

Notes

  • Using Fairlife milk adds 3g of protein per serving.
  • Adjust sweetness with more or less maple syrup or flavored yogurt.
