Truffles:

- 200 g (7 oz) dark cooking chocolate (40 % cocoa solids) - finely chopped
- 1 tablespoon instant coffee granules
Coating:
- 125 g (4.5 oz) milk cooking chocolate
Instructions
- Prepare Truffles: Line a small dish with baking paper. Heat cream in a saucepan, add chocolate and coffee until smooth. Chill mixture.
- Roll Truffles: Scoop mixture, roll into balls, and refrigerate until firm.
- Coat Truffles: Melt milk chocolate, dip truffles, and refrigerate until set.
- Decorate: Drizzle with chocolate if desired. Store in the refrigerator.
