Instructions
- Dissolve Gelatin: In a large bowl, add the gelatin powder and pour in 1 cup of boiling water. Stir continuously for about two minutes until the gelatin is completely dissolved.
- Add Greek Yogurt: Whisk in the Greek yogurt thoroughly until the mixture is smooth and well combined without any lumps.
- Add Cold Water: Pour in 1 cup of cold water and stir gently to combine.
- Transfer and Chill: Pour the mixture into 8 individual serving dishes (about 6 oz each) or one medium serving bowl. Cover the dish(es) and refrigerate for approximately 4 hours or until the dessert is fully set.
- Garnish and Serve: Before serving, top with whipped cream and fresh strawberries if desired for extra flavor and presentation.
- Storage: Cover and refrigerate any leftovers for up to 5 days to maintain freshness.
Notes
- You can substitute one 6 oz box of Jello with two 3 oz boxes if preferred.
- For a lower sugar option, sugar-free Jello can be used.
- Whole milk Greek yogurt yields the creamiest texture, but plain or non-fat Greek yogurt works as well.
