Plain Applesauce:

Instructions
- Prepare the Fruit: Place sliced apple in the Instant Pot. Add water, sprinkle with cinnamon, and include additional fruit if desired.
- Cook: Pressure cook on Manual High for 10 minutes. Allow for Natural Pressure Release after cooking.
- Blend: Use an immersion blender to blend the cooked fruit. Alternatively, transfer to a high-speed blender for a smoother texture.
- Store: Cool and transfer to containers. Chill before serving. Consume within 4 days or freeze for up to 3 months.
