- 1 cup whole-milk plain strained (Greek-style) yogurt

- 2 teaspoons grated lemon zest
- 1 1/2 teaspoons pure maple syrup
- 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- 2 cups fresh raspberries
Instructions
- Prepare Raspberry Powder: Crush freeze-dried raspberries into a fine powder. Combine with yogurt, vanilla, lemon zest, maple syrup, ginger, and salt in a bowl.
- Coat Raspberries: Gently stir fresh raspberries into the yogurt mixture until well coated.
