For Meatloaf
- 2 pounds fresh ground beef
- 1 cup breadcrumbs

- 1/4 cup ketchup

- 1 teaspoon dried oregano

- 2 cups fresh mushrooms, sliced
- 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 4 tablespoons all-purpose flour
- 2 cups beef broth
- 1/2 cup heavy cream

Instructions
- Preheat the Oven: Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare a casserole dish or baking sheet.
- Prepare the Meatloaf: Mix ground beef, breadcrumbs, onion, garlic, eggs, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, herbs, salt, and pepper. Shape into a loaf and bake for 50-60 minutes.
- Make the Mushroom Gravy: Sauté mushrooms in butter until golden. Add flour, beef broth, and cream. Cook until thickened. Season with salt and pepper.
