- 22 oz potatoes

- 1/2 Tbsp dried oregano
- 1/2 tsp black pepper

Instructions
- Preheat the oven: Preheat the oven to 400°F/200°C.
- Prepare the sauce: In a small bowl, combine olive oil, minced garlic, tomato paste, lemon juice, lemon zest, salt, dried oregano, black pepper, and paprika. Mix well.
