Instructions
- CREATE THE COOKIE BASE: In a medium saucepan over medium heat, combine butter, brown sugar, and milk. Stir until the butter melts and the mixture bubbles slightly. Remove from heat, mix in peanut butter, vanilla, and oats until coated. Press into cookies.
- SHAPE THE COOKIES: Portion oat mixture onto a tray, flatten, and create an indentation for caramel.
- ADD THE CARAMEL LAYER: Spoon caramel into each cookie’s center.
- DRIZZLE THE CHOCOLATE: Melt chocolate chips, drizzle over cookies.
- LET THEM SET: Refrigerate for 30 minutes to firm up.
