Ribeye Steaks:
- 4 10 oz. thin boneless ribeye steaks about 1/2 inch to 3/4 inches thick
Compound Butter:
- 4 teaspoon butter, softened

- 2 cloves garlic, minced
Seasoning:
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Steak seasoning, to taste
Instructions
- Prepare Steaks: Remove steaks from the refrigerator 30 minutes before cooking to bring them to room temperature.
- Preheat Air Fryer: Preheat the air fryer at 390F for 5 minutes during the last 5 minutes of bringing the steaks to room temperature.
- Season Steaks: Season the steaks with salt, pepper, and steak seasoning.
- Cook Steaks: Air fry the ribeye at 390F for 4 minutes for medium-rare. Use a meat thermometer to check the temperature.
- Prepare Compound Butter: Mix butter, fresh herbs, and garlic in a bowl. Top each cooked steak with the compound butter.
- Rest and Serve: Allow the steaks to rest for 5 minutes before serving whole or sliced.
