Fresh Pineapple Smoothie:
- 1 cup Fresh Pineapple – chunks
Frozen Banana Smoothie:
- 1 small Frozen Banana – cut into pieces
Coconut Milk Smoothie:
- 3/4 cup Coconut Milk
Dairy-Free Yogurt Smoothie:
- 1/4 cup Dairy-Free Yogurt
- 1 teaspoon Chia Seeds
- Optional:
- 1/2 cup Ice Cubes
- 1 tablespoon Maple Syrup
Instructions
- Add all the smoothie ingredients to the jug of a blender. Blend on the high-speed setting until smooth.
- You can thin out the smoothie by adding a splash more milk or water.
- Serving Idea: Serve immediately with a pineapple wedge on the side of the glass, banana slices, and a pinch of unsweetened desiccated coconut.
Notes
- Any plant-based milk can be used.
- Any plain unsweetened yogurt works. We tried with soy and coconut yogurt.
