Description

This Pineapple Banana Smoothie is a creamy and tropical delight that’s perfect for a quick and nutritious breakfast or snack. Made with fresh pineapple, frozen banana, coconut milk, dairy-free yogurt, and chia seeds, this smoothie is not only delicious but also packed with vitamins and minerals.

Ingredients

Units Scale

Fresh Pineapple Smoothie:

  • 1 cup Fresh Pineapple – chunks

Frozen Banana Smoothie:

  • 1 small Frozen Banana – cut into pieces

Coconut Milk Smoothie:

  • 3/4 cup Coconut Milk

Dairy-Free Yogurt Smoothie:

  • 1/4 cup Dairy-Free Yogurt
  • 1 teaspoon Chia Seeds
  • Optional:
  • 1/2 cup Ice Cubes
  • 1 tablespoon Maple Syrup

Instructions

  1. Add all the smoothie ingredients to the jug of a blender. Blend on the high-speed setting until smooth.
  2. You can thin out the smoothie by adding a splash more milk or water.
  3. Serving Idea: Serve immediately with a pineapple wedge on the side of the glass, banana slices, and a pinch of unsweetened desiccated coconut.

Notes

  • Any plant-based milk can be used.
  • Any plain unsweetened yogurt works. We tried with soy and coconut yogurt.
