  • 1/2 tablespoon sugar

Garnish:

  • sesame seeds

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Marinade: In a small bowl, combine soy sauce, ginger, garlic, sugar, and sesame oil. Whisk until sugar is dissolved.
  2. Marinate the Steak: Place steak in the marinade, stir to coat, and set aside.
  3. Cook the Steak: Brown the marinated steak in a skillet, then set aside.
  4. Cook the Vegetables: In the same skillet, cook onion, red pepper, and broccoli until softened.
  5. Deglaze the Pan: Mix beef broth, soy sauce, and sugar, then add to the skillet.
  6. Add Snow Peas: Once the vegetables are partially cooked, add snow peas.
  7. Cook the Shrimp: Add shrimp to the skillet and cook until firm and pink.
  8. Combine and Serve: Return steak to the skillet, stir well, and garnish with sesame seeds before serving.
