Pancake Mix:
- 2 cups Hungry Jack Pancake Mix
- 1 1/2 cups water
Sausage Pancake Bites:
- 12 fully cooked breakfast sausage links
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
Instructions
- Mix Pancake Batter: Prepare pancake mix according to package instructions. Stir in cheddar cheese and maple syrup.
- Prepare Sausage: Cut each sausage link into 4 pieces.
- Fill Muffin Pans: Pour pancake mix into mini muffin pans, filling halfway. Add a piece of sausage to each.
- Bake: Bake at 400°F for 12-15 minutes.
