- 8 ounces white cheddar cheese
- 15 ounces whole cranberry sauce (1 can)

Instructions
- Preheat the oven: Preheat your oven to 400°F (204°C) and line a rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper to prevent sticking and make cleanup easier.
- Prepare cheese and cranberries: Cut the white cheddar cheese into 30 equal-sized cubes. Separate 30 whole cranberries from the canned cranberry sauce and set them aside for topping the bites later.
- Slice the sausage: Cut the smoked sausage link into 1/2-inch thick slices and arrange them in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet.
- Bake the sausage: Place the baking sheet in the oven and bake for 15 to 20 minutes until the sausage slices start to brown around the edges. Keep an eye on them, as thinner slices may brown faster.
- Assemble the bites: Remove the baking sheet from the oven. Top each sausage slice with a cheddar cheese cube, then place a whole cranberry on top of the cheese cube. Secure each bite by inserting a skewer through the cranberry, cheese, and sausage.
- Finish and serve: Transfer the assembled bites onto a serving platter. Sprinkle fresh snipped parsley over the top for a fresh, colorful garnish. Serve the remaining cranberry sauce on the side for dipping.
