- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1 1/2 cups (260 g) chocolate chips
- 14-16 marshmallows, cut in half
- Graham crackers
Instructions
- Preheat oven: Preheat the oven to 450° F. Place an 8-inch cast iron skillet in the oven to heat up for about 5 minutes.
- Grease skillet: Grease the heated skillet with butter. Pour in the chocolate chips.
- Add marshmallows: Top the chocolate chips with the halved marshmallows until all the chocolate is covered.
- Bake: Bake at 450° F for 5 to 7 minutes or until the marshmallows are golden brown.
- Serve: Serve immediately with graham crackers. Enjoy!
Notes
- 8-inch cast iron skillet is recommended for the perfect serving size.
- Use kitchen scissors to easily cut the marshmallows in half.
