FOR THE THAI PEANUT SAUCE
- 1/4 cup creamy peanut butter
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon rice wine vinegar
- 2 tablespoons chili-garlic sauce
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 teaspoon lime juice
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon ginger powder
- 1 tablespoon water
FOR THE THAI PEANUT NOODLES
- 8 ounces noodles
- 1-2 tablespoons sesame oil
- Garnish: Crushed red pepper flakes, fresh chopped green onion, crumbled roasted peanuts or sesame seeds
Instructions
- FOR THE THAI PEANUT SAUCE: Whisk all sauce ingredients together in a bowl, except water, until smooth. Gradually add water to reach desired consistency.
- FOR THE THAI PEANUT NOODLES: Cook noodles per package instructions, drain. Heat sesame oil in a pan, add peanut sauce, stir and heat. Toss in noodles, coat evenly. Serve in bowls, garnish, and enjoy!
